	Gold Membership is an optional program on Case's Ladder which provides you with many additional benefits which go well beyond your standard membership. Enhanced statistics, your very own gold page, never being deleted for inactivity, and priority customer support are just a few of the features available exclusively to Gold members. 	Gold Membership on Case's Ladder is an optional feature for our users. Running a site that is as large as ours takes lots of time and resources. We have a full time staff to handle your problems, resolve disputes, and keep our servers chugging along at full speed. This adds up to a pretty large price tag. By becoming a Gold Member you not only get additional features, you become part of our site! The support of our users really helps us keep adding new and exciting features for our members. Without our Gold Members the Ladder wouldn't have all of the features and dedicated staff that it does today. For less than the price of going out for an evening you can help keep Case's Ladder moving forward. When you think about all the hours of fun playing matches and all the new friends that you can make because of the Ladder many of our users have said we don't charge enough for memberships. 		Membership Policies
	Membership is non-refundable after 30 days. Each Gold Membership is good for ONE user on ONE ladder. Gold Members must still follow all rules as posted on the Ladder pages. Members are not exempt from nor will we be forgiving to members who abuse the rules. Gold Membership is transferrable to another league once every 90 days. Your LadderBux will not move with your Gold Membership in a transfer to a new league. Gold Membership cannot be transferred to a family member or friend. Leaving the Ladder voluntarily (Withdrawing) will terminate your Gold Membership. Case's Ladder reserves the right to revoke membership at any time without prior notice. Case's Ladder reserves the right to modify all aspects of the Gold membership program at any time without prior notice. Case's Ladder reserves the right to shut down the entire site or a specific portion of the site. Members will not get refunds for such shut downs. "Gifted" Gold memberships are not eligible for the special discount when upgrading to Platinum or Diamond membership status. Your subscription is personal to you, and you may not transfer or make available your account name and password to others, including without limitation the members of your household, your family and/or co-workers. Any distribution by you of your account name and password may result in cancellation of your subscription without refund and in additional charges based on unauthorized use.
