Biden said in '94 that young blacks would by 2009 become the 'Predator On Our Streets'. That many of them are 'beyond the pale', meaning outside of what is considered moral & ethical behavior.
Some years before that he spoke of fearing for his children 'growing up in a racial jungle' due to non-"orderly" racial integration policies.
Where did Biden get that kind of thinking?
We know he was very close to and a great admirer of fellow Senator Robert 'sheets' Byrd, a former member of the KKK.
During that same period Biden was caucusing with 2 DemoKKKrap southern segregationists where they beleved that racial integration would lead to "mongrelisation". Biden stated "we got things done".
