Why are you giving Carroll a pass on her memory but not Trump?
Technically speaking, based on the way I understand it, Trump in 2019, when the lawsuit was brought by Carroll couldn't be sued for defamation. The US government can't be sued on those charges - Trump was the head of the government at that time.

Many questions on this. Did you know that both Marla & Carroll's husband were also in the picture? When was this picture taken? How big is this picture? Was Trump allowed to handle it or was it kept from him at some distance?
