Are the Bidens controlled assets for Chinese communist intelligence?

During an interview of former CIA Operative Sam Faddis he called the Penn-Biden Center a Chinese Front Organization. CBS News reported that the ten documents found at the Penn Biden Center were all classified "Top Secret". Top Secret is the highest security level for America's classified documents.

The Biden gang committed felonies by taking possession of top secret classified documents.

That’s before providing them to the Chinese at the Chinese front organization [the Penn Biden Center] which is espionage. That's a crime punishable by life in prison or exe.cution.
