U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrooks, a Clinton appointed judge, claimed the lawsuit was borderline frivolous. What does he mean by that? Could it mean it could go either way?
Here's what we do know:
While Letitia James has continued with her obsessive pursuit to get Trump, our America 1st president, she has also maintained her relationship with Communist Party USA.
Why hasn't James done anything about the 2 Chinese communist police stations that are known to be operating in New York city? Is she ok with it? Does she support them?

: Former President Donald Trump has withdrawn his $250 million lawsuit against New York Attorney General Letitia James.
: The withdrawal comes after U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrooks warned Trump's legal team that the lawsuit was borderline frivolous.
: "Plaintiff, PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP, by and through his undersigned counsel and pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i), hereby voluntarily dismisses his claims in this action against Defendant, LETITIA JAMES, without prejudice," the letter said.
: The lawsuit sought to shield Trump's revocable trust from James, who is suing the Trump Organization for fraudulent conduct.
