Did you know he's a liberal? Voted for the Hildabeast (shows he has flaws). Butttt, he also believes very strongly in the 'rule of law'. I don't know a lot about him but from what I have gathered over the years he sounds to me like he's from the school of classical liberalism (Whig thinking that had a lot of influence during America's founding period).
I can't get into much on this mainly cause I don't know the laws that well nor what's all involved with the case. I do know that Daniels originally signed an affidavit stating she didn't have an affair with Trump. She has now changed her story.
Now according to Dershowitz, there's no way Trump can get a fair trial in a district that voted over 90% DemoKKKrap. He also claims that if the trial goes against Trump it'll be overturned on appeal.
That New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg has a racist mindset - a real lowlife. He campaigned on a pledge to New Yorkers to catch and convict "rich old white man Donald Trump". When he took office in Jan '22 he sent out a memo to his staff 'not to prosecute armed robberies' (most of the arm robberies are committed by blacks). There are numerous cases since Bragg has become a New York DA where a bipartisan coalition of New York City lawmakers are questioning how he has handled them. They sent him a letter in which they wrote: “You are simply rewarding the guilty and punishing the innocent.”
Bragg looks like the Marxist Left's Obama-Biden regime's counterpart to Andrey Vyshinsky or Lavrentiy Beria, the 2 most ruthless bloodthirsty prosecutors for commie dictator Stalin's Moscow Show Trials. Those 2 commie prosecutors were known for quotes: "Show me the man, and I'll show you the crime", and "You bring me the man, I'll find you the crime."

: Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz predicted former President Donald Trump would be convicted of falsifying business records to hide an alleged affair with porn star Stormy Daniels.
: .... and this is the least of his woes.
: far worse is yet to come.
: -------------------
: : At this time there is nothing to follow up on.
: : All we have at this time is a New York Grand Jury voted to indict Trump. Whatever they indicted Trump on is being kept sealed at this point by the New York District Attorney's office..
: : I've read about a dozen political sites reporting on it with nothing conclusive as to what Trump is being charged with.
: : I remember reading about it some years ago and paid little attention to it.
: : Based on what the different sites are claiming, it looks to be centered around a 2006 one-night stand (sexual affair) with a porn star that goes be the nickname Stormy Daniels. From there it seems to go different ways with an assortment of claims.
: : To me it looks trivial when compared to the many very grave matters facing our country and the American people.
: : It makes great political theater. FOX News is making a fortune with all the drama queens glued to their TV programs. I wonder, who'll win the awards for best political actor & actress for 2023? Biden was my pick for 2022 as the best portrayal of a government rain man. Only problem here is Joey wasn't acting.
: : Here's one of the sites I'm following on this. Jonathan Turley is a law professor:
: : https://jonathanturley.org/2023/03/31/the-trump-indictment-making-history-in-the-worst-possible-way/
: : The two I'll most likely pay the most attention to on this will be Alan Dershowitz, a law professor and Turley.
