Well first you have to have access to an admin account to get to the main page. And you need a knowledge of HTML to be able to make the changes yourself. THT1 TD's helping TD's located here http://www.tht1.com/news.php is a great place to get the information on how to make changes to the modules and they have premade pages you can use too.
