Ignoring the blatent complaints about their friends and turning around and slapping the person that submitted the complaint with a life long warning for daring to complain about one of her friends! : LadderOps are volunteers who are responsible for answering general customer support e-mails via our online Tech Support center and also for being a respected staff presence in chat. In the latter capacity, a LadderOp might be called on to help solve a dispute in chat or answer questions regarding rules, procedures, etc. LadderOps also handle complaints sent through the support links, as well as disputes or arguments in their respective gaming rooms.

: While the primary goal of the LadderOp is to be a "customer service" figure, LadderOps are also tasked with enforcing the rules on their Ladders.

: The LadderOp position on Case's Ladder is very similar to the Admin position on MyLeagues, however there are quite a few differences. LadderOps adhere to a strict set of guidelines, and go through extensive training before being allowed to issue penalties and answer support mails. LadderOps don't have "free reign" over their Ladders; they cannot penalize someone without sufficient proof, and they cannot issue unreasonable penalties (the penalties are part of the guidelines they follow).

: LadderOps do not get access to any premium features. Premium members do not get access to any of the tools provided to LadderOps. The tools provided to LadderOps allow them to do their job in assisting the players on Official Case's Ladders.
