We did, long ago, have Lifetime Gold memberships but this was changed in 2001 to yearly Gold. It just isn't practical for us to offer a membership that never expires!

The free Gold issued when you complete an offer through TrialPay is a one-time 'gift' with purchase. No matter how long you keep your subscription to Netflix, the free Gold is only with the initial purchase. In addition, the league only receives credit for that initial Gold and does not receive any ongoing benefit from you being a member of Netflix or any other offer you accept via Trialpay.

So, while I definitely understand where you're coming from, Case's Ladder will not be able to offer a lifetime membership.
