One thing that intrigues me though, when we purchased our lifetime golds, (I'm assuming yours is lifetime from the tone of your post) we purchased them upon the understanding that certain services would be available to us - services of which have been removed. Is this even legal? We did after all pay for something we no longer receive.
Of course, I'm not about to make a fuss - I can't even remember how much I paid for my membership, and it was a long time ago - I'd just be interested to know the legal ramifications of such a scenario.
