The best way we can help you is to have you send a mail in so that Tourney Support can assist you. If you copy/paste most of this forum post, there appears to be enough info here for them the help. Be sure to mention that you have cleared your cache many times already

I'm sorry that we cannot provide telephone support for issues other than billing. To do so would require major resources, which would most likely lead to call centers in India and/or higher Premium membership costs.

Case's Ladder
: I know this is probably not the right place to address my problem, but the won't let me access the tourney support link on my TD page. When i click tournament support on 4fun TD page i get ERROR! You do not have access to this feature. When I go to click on winner of tournament i get Error. not founf in round 1 pairings. When I click on return to administer tournament i get Invalid Tourney ID Number. 4fun's HA went to her support link to get me answers and she came back with "empty your cookies/cache". I have done this MANY times, and still get the same thing. I've also updated my java but to no avail. I can't host until I get this issue resolved because I am unable to post the winners of each round. I am thinking this might have something to do with the settings in myleague plus not being compatible with my IE settings because I am also a TD in cancafe and everything works fine there. ANY assistance would be GREATLY appreciated.
