but in the end when i was premium for so many years noone listened to a damn thing you had to say even when you could post in the hideout. Cases staff just had their usual trained responses.

and why do maintenance so everything is down a week before christmas? and why was the date continuously changing? was work interfering with cases staff christmas party schedules?
