"Ladder Staff" consists of members of support who are not exclusively tied to the Case's Ladder (rather than MyLeague) side of things. Ladder Staff includes paid staff.

"SrStaff" consists of members of support who are almost exclusively tied to the Case's Ladder side of things. These support members are highest on the chain of command for Case's Ladders. Individuals on SrStaff oversee the entire LadderOp Program.

I hope that explains the difference.
