#1 You are not Staff and or Senior Staff, and that explains the answer you have provided.
#2. You have not played a game of pinochle in 30 days, so you really must be busy cleaning the place up and who is this "WE" you and everyone talks about.
#3 The last time I personally counted the number of players a couple of years agoit was over 1000 8 months ago it was 800 members, Today its anyone's guess, and my guess its less than 600. If this your idea of cleaning up the ladder, retaining players and adding new ones, and advertisements and ladder match activity to attract and maintain membership is just plain "Not Working"
The reason I brought these stats to your attention is the revolving message states 1061 members as of 6 Jun 2009. Now if you believe that figure, I got a bridge in NY for sale, cheap
4. Suggestions? Good grief, I have sent in more suggestions then you can count. None have ever been accepted. The have all been sent to the suggestion committee. FYI Pool Players know very little about pinochle and pinochle players know very little about pool.
5. My most recent suggestion is still being worked on, by who, most likely by the same "We" you and others keep referring too,
6.. I finely got tired of sending suggestions though the support center and went directly to the paid staff.....guess what. My suggestion was sent to the Business Development Ladder on 21 May 2008. My suggestion was to maintain, gain, recruit new members, and increase revenue for cases ladder without out any program changes and or out of pocket expense. I guess "We" is also cleaning out the pino ladder.
Now you tell me again "We" are working on it, I just don't believe anyone anymore and have lost complete faith in our elected officials, senior staff, including the paid staff.
Seems to me someone has cleaned out the ladder ops, lead ops, and op managers who stood up for the folks who voted them in, rather then fight the inorder to get promotion to the next higher level.
Thanks again for your time. You seem to have an interest, but please don't come in here and try to pull a snow job, it just don't work.
Respectfully submitted

: B: We're doing our best to "clean up" the Team Pinochle (Yahoo) Ladder, which will help us retain players and draw in new ones. We also attract players through tourney advertisements and Ladder match activity that is seen in the lobbies.
: C: If you have any suggestions, please do use the support links to contact us. We take all suggestions seriously. Your suggestion will be discussed and considered. You may also advertise the Ladder in the lobby or tell friends if you'd like.
