Premium Means Absolutely Nothing It Seems

I thought premium was supposed to get support but it appears no concerns by anyone posting ever get even a minor reply. Here, the reporting software has a glitch preventing a TD (HTD at that) from being able to update the standings and you do absolutely nothing about it...shame on all of you.
