If you purchased the billboard for 5 days, then your message will remain on the League page for 5 days. Unfortunately, TDs do not have special privileges for the billboard feature; however, Head Admins (and some Admins with granted access) are provided with an "Announcement" feature that serves the same purpose as the billboard feature.
