I agree with dizzyupgirl, the prizes offered are really pretty much junk that you can win at kid's pizza places, game restaurants, etc. For $19.95 a month, I have decided that Cases Ladder has GOT to have enough money to upgrade the prizes in LadderBuxStore. This is an issue that I think I will down grade to Platinum, cuz why even bother with Diamond if it gets no "payback" ?? I can go to Walmart and buy a pen or tote bag. Pogo only costs $5.99 a month and they give out hats, mugs, t-shirts, cash pay outs, etc. I don't know what/how your company is budgeting their income, but something is seriously wrong. I don't care about league status, ranks etc., just like being on a league!
And can you plz tell me where this "live support" is located, so I can down-grade to Platinum or Gold? Thanks for letting me VENT.
