add link to premium options

Hi Patti,
I would it be possible to add the gift membership link http://www.igl.net/gift/ to the premium option section of the main pages. I would like to run membership gift tournaments occasionally on my ladder. The ladder bux gold gift is nice but it's use is limited to people who never had a premium membership before. Also I would like to know that the credit card # used is not kept on file for gifted accounts.
