I think you should be able to do this:

Sign into any one of the ladders where you currently have your Platinum Account.

Click on the My Account Tab
Click on "Add / Remove Leagues" on left side of page. You should be able to follow the rest of the steps to re-add that league.

However, if you still need additional help I suggest you use the following Premium Support link:
