My bet is that she is selecting the wrong League from the drop-down box. If she needs help finding what she needs to select there, she can contact sales support or one of you can post the League's internet address in here and I'll tell you.

If she's selecting the right League in the drop-down list, she is just using the wrong password and can recover it using the Lost Password link in the MyAccount tab.
