I am sorry that you are so dissatisfied with the items that we are currently offering in the LadderBux Redemption Center.
We, unfortunately have to work within a budget when supplying the LadderBux Redemption Center, and we have been forced to lower the amount of money that we have available for prizes. I know that everyone has felt the squeeze, with the current economic issues, and MyLeague is no different. Because of the economy, our sales are down right now, and we therefore don't have as much to work with in the prize budget. Just like everyone else, we're having to do our best to stretch out what we do have. Once sales pick back up, we'll have more money available for the prize budget, and we can start stocking more stuff at once, but in the meantime, we have to do our best to work within our current budget.
We are working on a new feature that we hope will improve the redemption process, and make it more satisfying and fun for everyone. Please watch for that within the next 30 days.
