Security Warning

Today when I opened the league page for pino4u...McAfee warned me that site was trying to download potentially dangerous spyware etc. I ran a scan which found a registry item (malware.trace) and removed it. Ran scan again all was fine. Tried to open league page again and same warning and at that time I clicked 'block download" and the site opens just fine. Would someone please check that to make sure there is not a problem with that site? It could be just me...but its odd all other league pages open just fine.
