First you have to become a td. After hosting for awhile and a htd position becomes available you can apply. Usually the tdm of your league will send out an email asking for htd applications. The htd's will look over your application, your td files, and then decide if they'd like to have you join them and submit their suggestions to the tdm who makes the final decision.

Under Tournaments click on "Directors" and then click on the link to apply to become a td.
