I understand that a TDM can be very busy and not able to be an active participant on every ladder they have charge over, but at least they should have an understanding of the game, and actually care about what is going on with the ladder. Some TDMs I have worked with, by their own lack of actions, have shown they could care less about some of the games they have charge over. This is a sad thing when the ladder needs all the help a TDM can give it.
