1st of all you have to become a TD. This is simple enough, just look at the top of the "Directors" page on your ladder and click the link that says "TD APPLICATION". Then after awhile one day you'll notice that your ladder has an opening for HTD's, all the TD's on that ladder usually get an emailabout this with the link to apply for Head TD. After you have been Head TD awhile one day you may notice that there are openings for TD Managers, the link for that application can be found inside your HTD Administration Menu. Fill out that application and hope for the best.
