Apparently you did not read nettles post, if you had you would then understand why he CHOOSES to have his tourneys with no-byes.
You are wrong, this TD does not need to be removed. He is a very good TD and its his choice to have no bye tourneys if he chooses to.
I choose to do different things in my tourneys as well, such as let the winner from the previous tourney pick what kind of tourney we are going to play the following week. Are you going to step in and say that is not right to do? I THINK NOT, IT MY TOURNEY AND ITS MY TIME THAT I AM GIVING UP AND I WILL RUN IT AS I CHOOSE, just as Nettles is doing in his tourneys.
It just floors me how some people have the nerve to sit back on their computer and complain about good people who are donating yes DONATING their time for the good of others..
Maybe some of these complaining people should get some of their own business or better yet how about they DONATE some time for the good of the people and become a TD..
