Suspicions of "False Dice"

Greetings to All fellow Gammon lovers x0x. During a recent Interleague Game, we came accross a highly suspicious player with possible "foul play". All of the possibilities were present, ie: Slow Play but normal ping, consistent obscure moves and perfect rolls to cover. In a 6 round match, with 64 players, the player won.
Question is for all of you... 1) Are there any "Cheat Program DETECTORS" out there? 2) Your advice/suggestions on how to handle this situation.
We do not wish to accuse, as proving false dice is near impossible. Would like your feedback and Thank You.
