Premium Membership for Tds

Hi my name is Jimmy. I have been affiliated with Myleague and Cases Ladder for quite some time in several different leagues. I have hosted hundereds of tournaments in the same way so many others have. All due to my willingness to devote my time and effort for a successful league. My question is: Is it really fair that Hosts, and League Administrators must pay for premium memberships? The current incentive of recieving ladderbux is hardly even worth mentioning...maybe if you host 1,000 tournys you can buy a cases ladder bumper sticker! By no means am I conplaining but I do feel that staff that spend hours upon hours each week should not have to pay for premuium memberships. I for one refuse to pay for gold, plat or diamond for that reason.
