Personally I wouldn't bother though. As a Ladder Op, all you are is a go between for the staff who make any decisions and the players. You get very little chance to actually make any impact because every little thing has to be overseen by someone who does have the authority to make a difference. (i.e: not you) IMO, all Ladder Op status is is having the same kind of staff access that premium members pay for, yet you still get crap from people who actually think you have a modicum of influence on the ladder.

True, Ladder Ops can provide a supportive role, rally the troops, and stir up enthusiasm, but then I don't think anyone should need the little green jacket to do that.
