I have e-mailed the appropriate party/link in Cases with my issue with the new Color Wheel, and its been 3 days. I am a DIAMOND. As a DIAMOND I am suppose to receive a prompt response. Its been 3 days. NO RESPONSE from anyone. I did address my issue regarding the so called new Color Wheel in my e-mail in FULL DETAIL to what I thought was Cases Support????
: NO RESPONSE there either. Please dont tell me to e-mail them again with full detail as to the nature of the problem. Been there, done that. Been 3 days. I am a DIAMOND member and still waiting and being ignored.
: I cant help but wonder if other DIAMOND members are being ignored by Cases staff as well.
