Hello everyone,
Today we finalized some great server enhancements that should bring the site
back up to top speed for everyone! I apologize that it took longer than
usual to resolve some of the problems.
I'd like to thank the members on leagues that had slow loading pages, especially our TDs, Ops, and Admins. Premium members, I can't say enough about the helpful support you have given us over the past couple weeks. It's great to have such a great gaming community here!
Rest assured, we will be doing everything in our power to make sure that we
run the fastest gaming site on the Internet. So many of you are telling
your friends and family to come check things, and we appreciate that. We'll
do our part to keep the site running quickly for them!
We also continue to upgrade our technical infrastructure and staff. With growth continue at a rapid pace, we intend to make sure we have the right people to keep support levels high. We are in the process of hiring two more full time staff members (another programmer and support person), and we are also involved in planning a $50,000 deployment of additional servers and hardware.
Please accept my apologies for not having this corrected more quickly. We value every one of our users and will work more diligently in the future to correct problems quickly!
