Hi All,

As many of you are aware, we have moved our billing away from iBill and we are in the process of completing our set up with iPay as the processor for our membership purchase. This has caused some disruption in our purchasing and had some hurdles to cross but we are nearly there. The payment pages are back up and available for your new membership purchases now. Unfortunately, the Renew/Upgrade option is currently not available but is expected to be back up tomorrow. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration that you have been caused during our transition to iPay's processing .

If you make a purchase and it is not immediately activated on the intended account, please do not make another purchase. Your membership will be activated within 24 hours.

If you need assistance with your purchase you can contact our Sales Support Staff at 360-419-7165 Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm PT. This phone number is for billing issues only. The staff answering these phone lines is not trained to handle your League or Ladder issues so please use your Support Links for those issues.
