Hi,

As many of you know, we recently moved our billing away from iBill to iPay as the processor for our membership purchases. Unfortunately, this has caused some disruptions in our purchasing .

First, the good news, iPay has corrected the AVS problem they were experiencing that was preventing our members outside the US from making their purchases.

The bad news is that some of our members are getting a PayPage error that is preventing them from making their membership purchases. This problem is caused by a programming issue that iPay is experiencing and the iPay's developers are working to isolate the cause of this problem and correct it. They have had some success but some members are still getting the error. They will have this fixed as soon as possible.

Error Type: PayPage.WebHost
Error Message: Fail at building page layout.

In the meantime, if you are trying to renew your membership or make a new purchase and you have received this error please contact our Sales Support Staff at 360-419-7165 Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm PT and our staff can help you with your purchase.
