Hi all,
Some of our members received Case's Ladder - Premium Membership Notifications on June 19, 2006 informing them of the need to contact our Sales Dept. in order to set up their account in iPay, our new billing , for their Monthly Platinum or Diamond Membership payments. They were informed in this notice that it was necessary for them to contact us within 10 days to update their accounts. Due to the 4th of July holiday we have extended the removal date for the affected accounts to July 6, 2006 to give everyone affected some extra time.
If your membership was previously being billed through iBill and you have noticed that you have not been charged and you did not receive the email notification then it is very important that you contact our Sales Dept before July 6,2006 to avoid any interruption in your Premium Membership services.
Please disregard this notice if you did not receive the Case's Ladder - Premium Membership Notification email or you are already being billed through iPay because this does not affect your membership.
