As many of you know, we have recently changed the company that handles our billing. This switch has allowed us to make some exciting changes and upgrades to our current system!
We have been working to not only expand the billing options - but to also improve the ordering, activation, and customer service portions of the system.
We are pleased to announce that once again we will be accepting Discover Card as a payment option, and also will be accepting Canadian Online Checks. Additionally, we are installing the plug-ins which will allow us to incorporate additional payment options for our customers outside of the United States in the very near future.
The design of the ordering pages has changed to allow users a more detailed transaction receipt with an option to print that receipt upon purchase.
Also, the Customer Support interface of the billing system has been completely overhauled so the Sales Department can have information streamlined to assist users with better efficiency.
Unfortunately, even though the developers have been working around the clock, the billing pages are still offline and display the error message. We will be processing yearly membership purchases Monday morning, if not sooner, and all other purchases will be available shortly thereafter. The error message will be taken down as soon as the billing pages are available again.
If you have a Yearly Membership or MyLeague Plus that is going to expire over the weekend please use the support links at http://www.myleague.com/premium/salessupport.php and we will be happy to extend your expiration date for you.
