Hi All,

You can now contact our Billing Dept at (360) 419-7165 Mon-Fri 6:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time and our staff will be happy to help you.

We are pleased to announce that we have recently made some changes that now allow us to offer extended hours for the Sales and Billing Dept. phone line. We hope this makes it easier for our members in the earlier time zones to reach us if they need assistance with their premium membership purchases.

Please note this line is for sales and billing issues only. Unfortunately, the staff is not trained to assist with Ladder or League issues, nor do they have the tools to assist with them. Please continue to use your support links to contact us. Remember, Diamond Members have access to Live Support so look for that link on your League's main page too.
