Frustrating Weekend of Downtime

Hi Everybody,

We have been reading forums and emails and we can see how upset many of you are over the extended downtime this weekend, and we don�t blame you at all!

We have a that messages our programmers if there is a site problem during off hours, and we all have the ability to work from our homes, which we all do many times during the week, and on weekends. Unfortunately, this weekend monitoring didn't catch this particular problem. They have made changes to prevent this from happening again.

We know how frustrating this was for everyone, so we are crediting each active users account with a 1,000 LadderBux bonus. We hope this helps ease the pain. Enjoy!

We sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience and frustration that you were caused this weekend.

We thank our volunteers for the awesome job they did trying to keep everyone informed! They were really out in the cold and on their own, and they did their best to help the users and the Admins. They are awesome and we appreciate their efforts. Great job!
