I think a TD manager over a ladder should be on that Ladder

Just my thoughts, that a TD Manager should be part of the ladder that they are over. I have been a Head TD for years now and have requested help many times from our TD manager and no response. Then the get one over our ladder and they come in for about the 1st month trying to push there weight around and just ticking off our few TD's that we have. Like I said just my thought.
