Challenges are for mainly ranking or when you cannot seem to get to play a certain player in the top.There is no special report for them.
You just report normally but what I do is in the comment box when reporting type in challenge.That way no one can say u did not play with in the certain time.And remeber when you do issue a challenge you have only a certain time to play or you will get get rung for not playing.

It doesnt matter if you are a td on another ladder. So long as you are playing on the ladder which the challenge was issued.
