"support" to apply for LadderOp?

Sorry to bother, and maybe I'm as retarded as I feel right now; But I'm lost. I read the Frequently Asked Questions, and sure enough my question on how to apply as a Ladder Op was there. The answer said to apply by clicking "support" in the left hand column, But I'm not seeing it anywhere. Can anyone help me out?
